Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel a booking at least 5 days prior to their check-in date. If a guest cancels less than 5 days before check-in, they will not receive a refund.

Yes! We love pets and welcome all your furry friends at most of our properties (we even have 2 of our own🐶). We just ask that you please pick up after them and make sure they are well trained so as to not cause any unexpected damage. Please view each specific property’s pet rules for more information.

Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognised trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. 

Please note that once you have booked, you will receive a separate email with your SUPERHOG booking validation link. The validation process includes ID verification.  

We also use SUPERHOG to collect a fully refundable deposit (+ a non-refundable admin fee) that covers any accidental damage caused during your stay.
